Why Your Shaky Phone Video Beats Our Cinema Camera Every Time

We own proper kit. Gimbals, soft boxes, the lot. And still, the content that performs best for our clients often looks like it was filmed by a mate on a Tuesday.

That's not an accident, that's the whole point of UGC. People have learned to scroll straight past anything that looks like an advert. A glossy, perfectly lit product film screams "someone paid for this," and the brain switches off before the message lands.

A real person holding a real product in a real kitchen does the opposite. It feels like a recommendation, not a sell. That trust is the thing actually doing the work, and no amount of expensive gear can fake it.

Curious whether UGC is right for your product? Drop us a line, and we'll tell you straight, even if the answer is no.
